Russell F. is the President and Co-Founder of WayFi Wireless, leading the company’s mission to revolutionize secure, seamless wireless connectivity through innovative carrier offloading, Wi-Fi DAS, and Passpoint-enabled solutions. With a deep background in network security, cybersecurity, and wireless infrastructure, Russell has played a key role in shaping WayFi Wireless’ technology strategy, partnerships, and market expansion since co-founding the company in 2022.

Prior to WayFi Wireless, Russell served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Hexagon, where he focused on secure deployment processes for cellular infrastructure. His career also includes pivotal roles at Tanium, U.S. Cellular, and Zscaler, where he specialized in cybersecurity, network engineering, and enterprise security solutions. Additionally, he has held advisory positions at Galactic Slice, contributing to strategic technological advancements in the industry.

With over a decade of experience at top technology firms such as Verizon Wireless and Epic, Russell brings a wealth of knowledge in network architecture, security protocols, and emerging wireless technologies. He holds an MBA from Marquette University and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, solidifying his expertise in both business leadership and technical innovation.
