Frank Minter

Frank Minter is an experienced operations and leadership professional with a demonstrated history in managing multi-location brands and franchise operations. Currently serving as Regional Director of Operations at WayForth since September 2021, Frank previously held the role of Director of Operations at Relaxnation Group LLC and held various leadership positions at Massage Envy, including Chief Operating Officer for Prayus Franchise Group. Throughout Frank’s career, responsibilities have included overseeing brand operations, ensuring compliance, leading recruitment initiatives, and providing training and support for new clinic openings across multiple locations. Frank's prior experience also includes a General Manager role at Mimi's Cafe and a Loss Prevention Supervisor position at Target. Frank's educational background includes a degree in Percussion Performance and Music Education from Radford University, complemented by studies in Communications at Virginia Commonwealth University.
