Brett Hickman

Brett M. Hickman is an experienced executive with a robust background in the healthcare and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at Waymark since April 2023, Hickman previously held the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Modivcare from April 2022 to April 2023 and served as Chief Growth Officer at Cityblock Health between October 2020 and February 2022. At Optum, from January 2017 to October 2020, Hickman progressed through multiple leadership positions, including SVP of Enterprise Transformation and President-EVP of Optum Behavioral Care. Hickman's career also includes a tenure as CEO of ProVenture at Aetna and leadership roles at PwC, where significant contributions were made in the Healthcare practice. Hickman co-founded V4 Consulting before its acquisition by PwC, and has held a Director position at Ernst & Young. Academically, Hickman earned a BA in Economics from DePauw University and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Indianapolis, along with additional leadership training from London Business School and INSEAD.
