Hannah Ratcliffe is the Lean Process & Quality Lead at Waymark. Hannah has previous experience working as a consultant for the Program Evaluation department at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where they partnered with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to develop an evaluation plan for the Massachusetts State Early Intervention Partnership Program. Hannah also worked as an intern for the Communications for Development department at Innovations for Poverty Action, where they managed IPA relations with UNICEF, Ghana Health Services, Center for National Culture, and Ghana Community Radio Network and coordinated intervention activities across all partners. During their time at Innovations for Poverty Action, they also led a capacity building workshop on Monitoring and Evaluation for Ghana Health Services, revised Ghana Health Services Health Promotion monitoring and data collection tools, co-led and participated in focus group discussions and design workshops across three northern regions of Ghana in preparation for development of a mobile behavior change communication messaging campaign, wrote a successful $500,000 3ie funding proposal, performed data analysis for and co-wrote Impact Evaluation Baseline Report, and supported research design decision-making surrounding mobile messaging implementation.
Hannah Ratcliffe began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Williams College. Hannah then went on to earn a Master of Science in Global Health and Population with a focus on Maternal and Child Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
