John Schimmelfing

John Schimmelfing is a clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in clinical practice, research, and education. They are currently a Pharmacist Officer at the United States Public Health Service, promoting national health and safety, and serve as the Clinical Pharmacist Manager at Waymark while also holding roles at OHC - Oncology Hematology Care and UNC Health. Previously, John has worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at UNC-CH Campus Health and has mentored student and resident pharmacists throughout their career. John earned a PharmD and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a background in Chemistry and Mathematics from Elon University.
