Rachel A.

Rachel A. is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in training and development, currently serving as the Instructional Designer LMS Administrator at Waymark since July 2022. Previously, Rachel held the position of Director of Instructional Design at Colossus, focusing on the creation and implementation of training for both B2C and B2B sales. As Associate Director of Training & Development at Optima Tax Relief, Rachel contributed to the organization’s recognition with Stevie Awards in 2020 and 2021 by developing client-facing training programs. Earlier roles included Team Coach and Senior Account Manager at Discover Financial Services, where notable improvements in team performance were achieved. Rachel began their career at PEGUS Research as an interviewer, preparing survey data for analysis. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Utah and a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Western Governors University.
