Ben Dawson

Ben Dawson is an experienced professional in program management and operations, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Scenario Simulation Operations at Waymo since October 2019. Prior to Waymo, Ben held various roles at Google from September 2014 to October 2019, focusing on Search Infrastructure Capacity Planning. At Amazon, Ben excelled as a Senior Program Manager in Capacity Planning and previously as an Operations Manager, achieving record-setting volumes at the largest fulfillment center. Ben's early career includes a Graduate Research Fellowship at Spirit AeroSystems and a Senior Engineer position at ARES Corporation, where projects involved risk analysis for U.S. space and defense agencies. Education includes an AB with Honors in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University and dual degrees in MBA and MS Systems Engineering from MIT's Leaders for Global Operations program.
