Benjamin Morse

Benjamin Morse is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in the fields of machine learning, cloud AI, and robotics. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Waymo since June 2019, Benjamin leads cross-functional technical teams in scalable simulation tools to enhance autonomous driving performance and oversees the Trucking Evaluation Team to ensure high-quality driving in autonomous trucks. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Cloud AI at Anki, Engineering Team Lead at PullString, Inc., and Machine Learning Engineer at SpeakerText, showcasing a diverse skill set in software development, system design, and machine learning applications. Benjamin holds a Master's Degree in Robotics and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
