Bin Li

Bin Li is a seasoned engineer specializing in silicon design, currently serving as a Staff Silicon Engineer at Waymo since February 2022, where the primary focus is on chip design. Prior to this role, Bin Li worked at Google as an ASIC Design Implementation Engineer from July 2018 to March 2022, contributing to the hardware engineering efforts at Google Brain and spending approximately 15 months on the Google Hardware Gchips team, particularly with the Edge TPU. Bin Li's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Intel Corporation from September 2011 to July 2018, initially as a Sr. Component Design Engineer, overseeing backend design processes for high-speed X86 cores, and later as a Quality & Reliability Engineer, focusing on post-silicon validation and reliability assessment of advanced CPU products.
