Daniela Grinblatt

Daniela Grinblatt is a Program Manager in Engineering Operations at Waymo since October 2020, leading a team in projects including the Google 20% Project EEAGER, which utilizes neural network machine learning and satellite imagery for beaver dam mapping. Prior to Waymo, Daniela served as Special Projects Lead at Airbnb, managing a team of 26 analysts to enhance technology-driven content structure and forecasting for the hotels business. Daniela's experience includes a role as Senior Research Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where analyses on commercial lending and monetary policy were conducted alongside senior leadership. Additionally, Daniela was a Research Assistant at UNSW Business School, co-founded the mental health chat app SafeSpace, and held the position of Editorial Lead at a startup during undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley, where Daniela earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Honors).
