Eric Munoz

Eric Munoz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and program management, currently serving as a Technical Lead and Program Manager at Waymo since June 2020, where Eric leads a 40-person team focusing on the safety assessment of autonomous driving technologies. Prior to Waymo, Eric was the COO and a founding member of Wynd Technologies, Inc., where Eric successfully scaled the company from four to sixteen employees while managing international development teams. Earlier experience includes working as an Aerospace Engineer at Florida Turbine Technologies, where Eric led significant redesign projects for turbine components, and as an Undergraduate Researcher at MIT, where Eric contributed to various projects involving advanced engineering concepts. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
