Ethan Kramer

Ethan Kramer is a Technical Program Manager focused on autonomous vehicles, bringing extensive experience in managing hardware and software development from concept to delivery. Currently at Waymo, Ethan leads cross-functional teams in the advancement of driverless technology and works on critical infrastructure for autonomous vehicle platforms. Previously, Ethan held leadership roles at companies including SharkNinja and DARPA, successfully launching consumer products and managing multi-million dollar aerospace programs. With a Master’s degree in progress from Cornell University, Ethan combines technical expertise with a passion for building collaborative and high-performing teams.
