Genio's diverse experience includes roles at Cisco and founding a mobile app development company, showcasing strong leadership and project management skills. With a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara, Genio has over 25 years of expertise in optimizing processes and enhancing customer experiences.
