Jonathan Whitmore, PhD, is a seasoned data scientist and senior data science manager currently working at Waymo. Previously, they led various teams at Apple, focusing on data science and machine learning, and held the position of senior data scientist at Silicon Valley Data Science. With a PhD in physics from the University of California, San Diego, and a magna cum laude bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University, Jonathan has a diverse background that includes astrophysics research in Australia.
