Kash Olia is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in electrical and communications systems, specializing in autonomous vehicle technologies and functional safety. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer at Waymo since May 2021, Kash leads the power supply architecture for L4 autonomous trucks. As the Founder and CEO of KHGroup Engineering Solutions, established in February 2023, and Co-Founder and CTO of InnoTech Systems, Kash focuses on system design for automotive and robotics sectors. Previous roles include Chief Engineer at Meritor, where development of zero-emission transportation solutions was prioritized, and Functional Safety Consultant at LHP Engineering Solutions. Kash has an educational background with a Master’s Degree from California State University, Los Angeles, and various professional courses from MIT xPRO.
