Ken Loo

Ken Loo is an accomplished engineering and design professional with extensive experience in various technology sectors. Currently serving as the Studio Design Engineering Manager and previously as Lead Studio Design Engineer at Waymo since August 2022, Ken has also held significant roles such as Technical Lead Manager at Facebook Reality Labs from August 2021 to July 2022 and Staff Product Design Engineer at Google from October 2010 to July 2021, where contributions included leading Chrome OS product design. As the Founder of California Quads, Ken innovated and manufactured custom racing drones. Previous roles also include DRL Pilot for the Drone Racing League, Senior Product Designer at Apple Inc., and Mechanical Design Engineer at Acorn Product Development, where notable products were developed. Ken holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
