Matt Callahan, AIC, has a diverse professional background in claims operations and management, with significant experience in the insurance industry. Starting as a Research Assistant at Electrical Geodesics, Inc., in 2009, Matt progressed through various roles, including Material Damage Claims Representative at GMAC Insurance, and Claims Representative - Team Lead at PCS Claims Solutions. Notably, Matt held several leadership positions at GM Financial and Marsh, ultimately serving as Claims Operations Program Manager at Cruise, and Claims Manager at Waymo.
