Melissa Dok

Melissa Dok is a business operations professional with a strong focus on building effective teams and improving operational processes. With experience ranging from HR roles at RiseSmart to their current position as Program Manager in Hardware Operations at Waymo, Melissa has demonstrated an ability to provide strategic leadership during periods of growth and change. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from San José State University and a certification in Project Management from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys traveling, organizing social events, and participating in local half marathons while engaging with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Team in Training alumni program.
