Orlee Smith

Orlee (Dykan) Smith is an accomplished product manager with extensive experience in developing user-focused products across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for Rider Experience at Waymo since August 2020, Orlee previously worked at Uber as a Product Manager Lead for the Rider Experience in Autonomous Vehicles. In that role, Orlee created and managed the strategy for self-driving trip experiences. Prior experience includes a tenure at Salesforce, where Orlee held multiple roles, including Senior Product Manager of the Employee Experience Product Portfolio, and led significant product initiatives. Earlier positions encompassed roles at MD Revolution as Director of Product Development, CONNECT as Program Director, and the Gottman Institute in Programs & Operations. Orlee holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Psychology from the University of Arizona.
