Phil Thomason is currently the Vice President of Support Services and has held various leadership roles, including SMART Operations Leader and Waynes Way Director at Waynes. Phil served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps from 1994 to 1997 and owned PROTeam Services, Inc., a commercial cleaning service in the Birmingham area, from 2008 to 2015. Additionally, Phil worked as an Independent Distributor for AdvoCare between 2013 and 2016. Phil earned a B.S. in Management from Lipscomb University and is currently pursuing a degree in Entomology at the University of Florida.
