Mandy Lancaster

Mandy Lancaster is an intersectional professional with extensive experience in homeless services and youth work. They have held various roles, including Director of the Homeless Youth and Young Adult Department and Program Manager at Child and Family Services of New Hampshire, where they focused on relational, integrative approaches to empower individuals. Currently, Mandy serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the Social Welfare Policy program at the University of New Hampshire, while continuing to engage in projects across multiple practice levels. Mandy holds a Master of Social Work from the University of New England, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
