Andrew Bourne

Andrew Bourne is a seasoned project executive with extensive experience in the construction and development industry. Currently serving as a Project Executive at WAYPOINTKLA since July 2023, Andrew previously held various leadership roles at Dakota Partners from March 2018 to July 2023, including Director of Preconstruction, Project Executive, and Senior Project Manager. Prior to that, Andrew worked at Gilbane Development Company as an Associate Development Manager from July 2006 to March 2018. Andrew also gained experience as a Realtor at North Star Realty between March 2013 and April 2014. Educational qualifications include attendance at Rhode Island College from 1994 to 1997 and graduating from Rogers High School between 1991 and 1994.
