Joel Campbell

Joel Campbell has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. In 2003, they began their career as a Violinist working as a professional musician until 2016. In 2013, they transitioned into the healthcare industry, where they worked as a Medical Assistant at HCA from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they joined LeanKit as a Customer Success Manager and later became a Product Manager, where they led the mobile development team and played a crucial role in defining product improvements and supporting user needs. Joel then moved to Wayspring in 2017, where they started as a Product Strategy Business Analyst and eventually became a Product Manager before becoming the Director of Strategic Initiatives in August 2021.

Joel Campbell earned a Master's Degree in Management from Lipscomb University in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Music, specifically Violin Performance, from Lipscomb University between 2009 and 2013.
