Ryan Bolden has extensive work experience in the field of pharmacy. Ryan began their career as a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health in 2013 and continued in this role until 2014. Ryan then worked as a Pharmacy Intern at various organizations, including the United States Air Force, FDA, Allegheny Health Network, Excela Health, and Johns Hopkins Hospital, gaining valuable experience in different settings. In 2015, they joined Aureus Health Services as a Clinical Pharmacist, specializing in Medication Therapy Management. Ryan also worked as a Pharmacy Intern at Allegheny Health Network in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Pharmacy Intern - Student position at both Excela Health and Allegheny Health Network. That same year, they also worked as a Pharmacy Intern - Student at Johns Hopkins Hospital. In 2016, they joined Allegheny Health Network as a Pharmacy Intern - Student. In 2017, they returned to CVS Health as a Clinical Pharmacist, specializing in Medication Therapy Management. Finally, in 2020, they took on the role of Market Lead - Pennsylvania & West Virginia at Wayspring and currently holds the position of Senior Director, Risk Mitigation Operations at the same company since October 2021.
Ryan Bolden completed their education at Duquesne University, where they obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree with a focus on Acute Care Concentration from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they also pursued Pre-Pharmacy Studies at the same institution from 2010 to 2012. Ryan also holds a Pharmacist certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 2016, as well as additional certifications in Authorization to Administer Injectables from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2018 and Advanced Anticoagulation Management from Duquesne University in 2015. Additionally, they are a certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist from the Council for Tobacco Treatment Training Programs.
