Tim Foley, CPRS, currently serves as an Engagement Specialist and Solutions Improvement Manager at Wayspring, starting in April 2021, where responsibilities include developing and implementing solution improvement initiatives and managing an intern. Previously, Tim held roles such as Clinical Operations Preceptor and Peer Recovery Specialist, providing mentorship and support to members. Tim's experience also includes working as a Recovery Navigator at Buffalo Valley Alcohol & Drug, partnering with hospitals to support patients with substance use disorder, and as a Clinician at Howard Center, conducting client assessments. Prior to a focus on clinical roles, Tim was a Demand Planning Team Lead at both GLOBALFOUNDRIES and IBM, leading teams in sales and operations planning. Tim holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Management from Clarkson University.
