David Hare

David Hare is a seasoned professional in the fields of learning, development, and organizational psychology, currently serving as Senior Director of Learning and Development at Waystar since December 2023. Prior to this, David held the position of Director of Talent Development at Chewy, focusing on creating growth-oriented learning environments. David's extensive experience includes leading enterprise learning strategies at GE Appliances, where oversight of global professional and leadership development for over 4,000 professionals was a key responsibility. With prior roles at Trilogy Health Services and Humana Inc., David has demonstrated expertise in developing and executing leadership programs, coaching, and engaging in strategic organizational development initiatives. David holds a Master's Degree in Psychology Organizational Leader Development from Capella University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Accounting from the University of Louisville.
