Josh Larson

Josh Larson is an experienced professional in workplace experience and facilities management, currently serving as the Director of Workplace Experience and Facilities at Waystar since August 2025. Previously, Larson held the position of Director of Real Estate & Facilities at Pluralsight from May 2018 to August 2025, where oversight included office operations, employee perks, staffing, lease negotiations, and vendor relationships across various global locations. Prior to that role, Larson was the Director of Facilities at Sorenson Media for nearly a year, managing multiple office buildings and facilities-related projects. Larson's career began at Cottontree Management Inc, serving as Regional Manager from June 2001 to August 2017, overseeing operations for over ten hotels in the western United States.
