Perry Sweet

Perry Sweet is an experienced executive with a strong background in client operations and technology management. Currently serving as EVP of Client Operations at Waystar since February 2020, Perry also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Recondo Technology since May 2015. Previous roles include Vice President of Professional Services at Allscripts from June 2006 to May 2015, Vice President at First Consulting Group (FCG) from 2001 to 2006, and Sales & Operations Management at IBM from 1985 to 2001. Perry Sweet earned a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from South Dakota Mines, completing studies in 2004 after starting in 1979.
