William Kopp is a seasoned professional in client success and implementation management with a robust background in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Solution Adoption Consultant in Advisory Services at Waystar since October 2022, William previously held multiple key roles at Health iPASS Inc from 2017 to August 2022, including Client Success Manager and Client Success Lead, where efforts focused on managing enterprise-scale clients and establishing best practices for client launches.
