Chris Nance

Chris Nance is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and customer relations within the insurance sector. Currently serving as Director at Waystone since April 2020, Chris previously held the position of Associate Director. Prior to Waystone, Chris worked at Cigna Insurance Services for over 15 years, notably as Senior Compliance Officer, where skills in risk-based monitoring were pivotal in securing FSA authorization in 2005. Chris's earlier roles include Customer Relations Manager and Technical Claims Manager at RSA, where Chris successfully established a complaints resolution team and managed complex claims. Initial career experience included handling high-level claims as a Claims Controller at Sun Alliance Insurance UK Limited.
