Grainne Bamforth has extensive experience in the finance and customer service sectors, having held key roles across several companies. Beginning with GE Capital Woodchester as a New Business Payout Associate from November 2002 to April 2005, Grainne verified and processed motor finance agreements. Grainne then progressed to roles in GE Money, where tasks included assisting the New Business Team Leader and handling client inquiries. After GE Money's acquisition by Santander Consumer Finance, where Grainne served as New Business Team Manager from July 2007 to January 2012, responsibilities included managing a multifunctional team servicing a major client in motor finance. Since March 2012, Grainne has been the Customer Service Centre Manager at Waystone, overseeing a team that supports investors and financial advisors. Grainne holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, Politics, and Social Studies from the University of Limerick, earned between 1997 and 2001.
