Jin Lien

Jin Lien, JD, is a forward-thinking compliance professional currently serving as a Director at Waystone, where they manage a portfolio of investment advisors and provide regulatory advice for private equity and hedge funds. Previously, Jin worked as a Senior Counsel and Compliance Associate at White Oak Global Advisors, where they administered compliance for a global RIA with $9 billion in assets under management. They also served as Chief Compliance Officer at First Light Asset Management, designing and implementing compliance functions for a start-up investment advisor. Jin holds a J.D. from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Literary Criticism & Creative Writing from St. Olaf College.
