John Leonard

John Leonard is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Deputy Group CFO and Interim Group CFO at Waystone since March 2019, John has also held the position of Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to Waystone, John worked at Grant Thornton Ireland from February 2015 to February 2019, advancing through roles such as Director and Associate Director in Corporate Finance. Additional experience includes a finance role at Keelings and an Assistant Manager position at PwC. John holds an ACA in Accounting from Chartered Accountants Ireland, a Master’s degree in Accounting from Dublin City University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick.
