Paras Malde

Paras Malde is an Executive Director at Waystone since April 2014, focusing on fund governance for asset management clients with diverse structures and investment strategies. Prior experience includes serving as a Founding Board Member and Treasurer for the Blockchain Association of the Cayman Islands from October 2018 to June 2020. Previously, Paras held roles at EY from September 2005 to April 2014, including Advisor in Performance Improvement for Alternative Asset Management, where responsibilities involved evaluating the impact of financial regulations and enhancing operational efficiencies, and Auditor for Asset Management, leading audits for hedge funds of varying sizes and strategies. Paras holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Penn State University, obtained in 2005.
