Tom Williams

Tom Williams is the Managing Director and Head of Client Solutions US at Waystone since October 2025, where responsibilities include leading strategic growth initiatives and expanding the firm's presence in the US market. Prior to this role, Tom served at BlackRock from June 2019 to October 2025, focusing on alternative assets and fostering client relationships in the Americas. Earlier experience at eFront spanned from June 2007 to May 2019, where Tom held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Alternatives Client Engagement and Director of Sales. Tom holds an MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol.
