Danielle Oum

Danielle Oum is the Chair at Birmingham, Black Country and Solihull ICB Cluster, leveraging extensive board-level experience across the public, private, and charity sectors to oversee health and care system transformation. With a strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement, Danielle has held leadership roles at several organizations, including Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust and Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. Danielle’s career in production management spanned over a decade at Phaidon Press, where they led global teams while managing significant budgets. Currently, Danielle serves on the boards of multiple organizations, including Fusion21 Ltd and Waythrough, while continuing to drive forward initiatives in health, skills, and community empowerment.
