Jon has held key positions, including Interim Deputy Chief Executive at the Cheshire Centre for Independent Living and National Harm Reduction Lead at Humankind Charity. Currently, they serve as National Harm Reduction Lead at Waythrough, where they continue to explore trauma-informed practices and prioritize meeting individuals where they are.
