Karen Graham

Karen Graham is a seasoned housing professional with a diverse background in the field. They served as a Young Parent Officer at Places for People Individual Support Limited from 2007 to 2011, and later held various leadership roles, including Head of Operations and Director of Operations at Falcon Housing Association CIC from 2018 to 2020. Karen's experience extends to managing teams at Retirement Bridge Management Limited and Grainger PLC, where they worked as a Team Leader and Retirement Solutions Coordinator, respectively.
