Selina Douglas

Selina Douglas is a seasoned healthcare executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Whittington Health, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they held multiple leadership positions, including Executive Director at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust and Managing Director roles at various Clinical Commissioning Groups. With extensive experience in strategic commissioning and delivery within the NHS, Selina also has a background in managing substance misuse and offender services at Turning Point. They gained their educational foundation from The University of Birmingham, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
