Arvind Pandit is an experienced engineer specializing in vehicle control and autonomy, currently serving as an Autonomy Engineer at Wayve since February 2022. Previously, Arvind worked at Reboocon Bionics as a Control Algorithm Engineer, developing control strategies for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors and implementing advanced algorithms for precision control. During a tenure at Siemens PLM Software, Arvind conducted research on nonlinear lateral control techniques for autonomous vehicles and completed a master thesis on vehicle control methods. Additional experience includes roles in vehicle dynamics with Formula Student Team Delft, research internships, and participation in aircraft design and fabrication. Arvind holds a Master of Science in Vehicle Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from PES University.
