Jonathan Beck

Jonathan Beck is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the development and design of hardware systems and autonomous vehicle technology. Currently employed at Wayve since December 2022, Jonathan focuses on creating next-generation autonomous vehicles. Prior roles include significant contributions at Nuro and Google, where Jonathan held multiple mechanical engineering positions from 2005 to 2022, concentrating on hardware design for web operations. Earlier, Jonathan served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Electronics for Imaging, and as a Mechanical Engineer at SGI Computer Systems and Bridge Design, participating in cross-functional teams and various product designs. Jonathan holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, where involvement in the Solar Vehicle Race Team showcased leadership and innovation skills.
