Paul Gladkov

Paul Gladkov is a Machine Learning Engineer at Wayve since June 2021 and has been a Data Science Competitor on Kaggle since March 2015, engaging in competitions to enhance skills in machine learning and data analysis. Previously, Paul served as a Lead Machine Learning Engineer/Researcher at Avito from April 2016 to May 2021, specializing in research problems within applied machine learning, including text summarization and image retrieval. Paul's leadership experience includes heading a cross-functional automated moderation team and developing a machine learning platform for spam and fraud detection. Earlier roles included software engineering positions at Vector Digital and idealprice.ru, where Paul contributed to various software platforms and tools. Paul holds an Engineer's degree in Space Vehicles and Acceleration Blocks from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and completed a program at the New Professions Lab in 2015.
