Sheng Chen

Sheng Chen is an experienced material program manager at Wayve since August 2023, bringing a robust background in sourcing and product development from previous roles. Notably, as a senior buyer at Joseph Joseph Ltd from November 2017 to August 2023, Sheng excelled in sourcing and product oversight. Earlier experience includes serving as a far east buyer at Rapid Electronics Ltd., managing suppliers across several Asian countries and the UK while focusing on new product sourcing and negotiations. Additionally, Sheng led a sales team at Edison Opto for the Taiwan and China markets, with expertise in high power and SMD LEDs, and managed PCB assembly operations at Innolux Display, overseeing delivery, quality, and cost for various display products. Sheng holds a Master of Science in Investments and Securities from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from National Cheng Kung University.
