Timarie Chan

Timarie Chan has extensive experience in diverse roles spanning technology and wellness. Currently at Wayve since October 2018, Timarie contributes to the development of autonomous vehicles, challenging traditional approaches in the industry. As a Yoga Instructor and founder of a yoga company linked to Cambridge University, Timarie has been teaching since October 2015, addressing a distinct need for yoga within the collegiate environment. Previous roles include serving as a Personal Assistant at Village Marketing, where Timarie managed operations for the CEO, and as Studio Manager at Flying Tree Yoga in Medellin, Colombia, overseeing studio activities and coordinating an internship program. Timarie's foundational experiences include working as a Resident Advisor at UNC-CH Housing, providing support and community engagement for over 500 undergraduates. Timarie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
