Deepak J. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in technology leadership. Currently serving as Associate Director of Engineering at WazirX since September 2021, Deepak previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Crowdfire from March 2013 to May 2025, where responsibilities included leading the entire tech team as well as managing multiple engineering teams and backend operations. With a foundational background as a Test Engineer at ECI Telecom, Deepak contributed to the testing of the Lightsoft network management system while developing new test cases in Java and Perl. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from B K Birla Institute of Engineering & Technology, obtained in 2011.
