Waznat, as an institution, helps other institutions institutionalize their work, and leads individuals through their journey of achieving their professional and personal objectives.
Waznat is a leading institution in Lebanon that has developed home-made training and career guidance programs at more than 175 schools, NGOs, and business companies, operating in Lebanon and the MENA region. 
	Founded in November 2001 by Samir Costantine, with more than 39 years of professional experience, provides its counseling, consulting and training services through an amazing team of counselors and trainers. 
Its career guidance program comprises awareness sessions in classrooms and individual meetings. Discussions in those sessions rotate around, but are not limited to: Different Types of Personalities, University Constituents, University Characteristics, What is More Important than Grades, Misconceptions about Career Guidance, Admissions Requirements, and Entrance Exams. In brief, the counseling service rotates around the Quality of Life the person wants for himself/herself. 
Moreover, Waznat has a long history in leading training sessions for educators, students, and parents, as well as for professionals in the business industry and social work through NGOs.
