Greg Daily

Greg Daily is currently the CRO at Wazo. Greg was previously with TPx Communications from January 2020 to April 2021, where they served as CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER (CRO).

At TPx Communications, Greg was responsible for spearheading all facets of operations and revenue streams, aligning revenue-generating functions and capturing growth partnerships to optimize profitability. Greg was also tasked with P&L for the $624M business, growing market share through integrating activities across sales, customer support, revenue management, and pricing. Greg was successful in igniting ARR across 22K+ customers in 50K+ locations with market growth of 12% annually.

Some of Greg's notable accomplishments at TPx Communications include gaining hundreds of millions in total annual revenues in 15 months, grew GM ~50%, and generated millions in new bookings and contracts and new logos through partner ecosystem and pinpointed on direct sellers and inside sales mechanism. Greg also sought out and hired an industry leading, high-performance executive leadership team (350), designed a revenue compensation plan for the account mgmt. team, and created a structure across 5 segments – strategic, enterprise, major, mid-market, and SMB for 110 account executives. In addition, they boosted conversions to higher-value managed service bundles and grew OTT solutions GM to 65% through innovative GTM strategies and growth initiatives. Lastly, they mapped transformative enablement functions pivoting from technical approaches to customer focused processes.

Greg Daily is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Greg also holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same school. Additionally, they have completed the ATT Management Development Program.
