Simon Hill

Simon Hill has worked in a variety of industries, including digital transformation, customer experience, and thought leadership. Simon is currently the CEO of Wazoku, an innovation management software company. Prior to their current role, they served as an advisory board member for 383, a digital experience studio. In this role, they provided thought leadership and helped develop the 383 proposition.

Before their work with 383, Simon was the Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD, a business school in France. Simon also served as the Director of Find Invest Grow (FIG), a UK-based organization that helps entrepreneurs find and grow their businesses.

Simon has also held positions in business development and partnerships. Simon was the Business Development & Partnerships Director at Huddle.net from October 2008 to February 2011. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the company's business development strategy.

Simon is a thought leader in the field of innovation management. Simon is the author of "The Innovator's Way: Essential Practices for Successful Innovation", which explores how individuals and organizations can create value through innovation.

Simon Hill has a Master of Science in Management from the University of Bath and a Bachelor of Science Honors in German from the University College London.
