Bailey James

Bailey James, PMP, has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the naval sector, currently serving as LCS Mission Package Requirements Manager at Whitney Bradley & Brown since March 2014. Previously, Bailey held roles including Senior Systems Engineer at STARGATES, Inc., Test & Evaluation/Fleet Integration Director for the LCS Mission Modules Program Office, and LCS Acquisition Officer at the Chief of Naval Operations, Surface Warfare Directorate N86. Additional experience includes serving as DDG 51 Class Chief Engineer, Main Propulsion/Damage Control Inspector, and Quality Assurance Department Manager. Bailey completed a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Naval Postgraduate School and another Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
