Israel Reyes has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Israel started their career in the US Army as a Combat Medic, providing emergency medical treatment and health protection to soldiers. After their service, Israel worked as a Supervisor and Technical Instructor for The Logistics Company, delivering combat-specific medical training to US troops. Following this, they joined Vista College as a Military Admissions Representative.
In 2015, Israel transitioned to the education sector, taking on roles as a University Development Representative for Grand Canyon University and as a Strategic Military and Community Relations Regional Manager for Trident University International. In these positions, they built business relationships, recruited students, and generated business for the universities. Israel also provided counseling on educational options and supported students throughout their enrollment journey.
Israel's work experience expanded into administrative and logistical support roles with Fort Bliss SFL-TAP as a Career Skills Program Installation Administrator. Israel coordinated with various stakeholders to promote job opportunities for transitioning soldiers. Most recently, Israel served as a Manager at Knight Transportation, where they provided managerial service to employees, client service, and ensured efficient processing of requests.
Currently, Israel is working as a Management Operations Analyst at Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB), where they continue to apply their skills in operations management and analysis.
Israel Reyes attended the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Human Resource Management. Israel then attended Liberty University from 2016 to 2018 and earned a Master's degree in Executive Leadership. In 2019, Israel received a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute. During the same year, they also obtained certifications in Project Management Lean Process and Executive Management from the same institute. In 2020, Israel obtained a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional Certificate from the Management & Strategy Institute. Additionally, Israel holds several other certifications, including Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Skill, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the Management and Strategy Institute, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Israel has also been certified as an Emergency Medical Technician by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians and holds a CPR certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
